Return policy:
We have a 14-day return policy.

To request a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and complaints

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, e.g., custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

The quickest way you have to return the goods is to exchange them and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been accepted. If the return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
